Alsico Madagascar is excited to announce our collaboration with Andao to support the local primary school in Fitroafana, Madagascar. In this initiative, we provided 20 benches and 8 tables, all made from recycled plastic. These pieces are not just functional; they are a tangible reminder of how recycling can transform waste into valuable, impactful solutions. This initiative is part of a long-term commitment and will replace all the benches over time.

Through this project, we have already recycled a total of 360.8 kg of plastic waste, which is equivalent to 10,932 of 1.5L plastic bottles. Each table contains 19.6 kg, while each bench is made up of 9.8 kg of recycled plastic.

This project reflects our commitment to both sustainability and education, improving the school environment while contributing to a greener future. Together, we’re not just recycling – we’re creating lasting change for the next generation of learners.
