Training Specialist
As a Training Expert at alsico academy, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing inspiring learning programs. In this role you’ll play a crucial part in building, sharing en transfer knowledge and skills among our employees and external stakeholders. Working closely with subject matter experts who provide content, you will transform this knowledge into diverse and impactful training formats. You will build and manage a learning system that provides timely access to relevant information both within alsico and from external sources. You will track valuable trends, identify relevant experts, and create formats that meet the evolving needs of our employees.
Job description
- Analyze learning needs: Collaborate with internal and external experts to acquire learning content and transform it into accessible programs.
- Design and develop training programs: Create various and effective training programs and materials, both in-person and online. Ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging for various audiences.
- Coordinate training sessions: Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and educational events in our training center for both internal employees and external partners. Maintain schedules and coordinate resources, including trainers and materials.
- Facilitate knowledge generation, transfer and sharing within the organization
- Implement a credit system to measure learning progress and performance
- Develop and lead train-the-trainer programs to equip employees to deliver training themselves
- Evaluate and optimize programs: Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes to ensure quality and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep informed on the latest trends and innovations in our industryto ensure our training methods and materials remain up-to-date.
Profile
We seek a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for knowledge sharing and learning methodologies. You can translate complex information into accessible and engaging formats and have experience designing and implementing learning programs.
- Degree: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Training & Development, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with experts across various fields.
- Organizational and planning skills: You’re well-organized, capable of setting priorities, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teaching skills: You have experience designing and delivering training and can convey knowledge in an accessible and inspiring way.
- Proactive and innovative: You’re open to new learning methods and aren’t afraid to bring in and implement creative ideas.
- Knowledge of L&D technologies: Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems is a plus.
