Customer Care Officer (German speaking) - contamination control
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for service and coordination? As a Customer Care Officer for contamination control, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing your assigned client portfolio. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
Job description
You are the point of contact for our clients and are in daily contact with our Account Managers, ensuring smooth handling of all their inquiries and requests. With your organizational skills and customer-friendly approach, you contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
- Follow-up on projects from order to delivery
- Preparation and follow-up of price quotes, samples, orders, and complaint handling
- Monitoring delivery deadlines and providing delivery information to customers
- Anticipating customer needs and converting customer requests into orders
- Preparing accurate customer reports and being able to present them
Working in an international environment
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in languages or Office Management, or equivalent through experience
- Very good spoken, written, and reading skills in German, French, and Dutch (English is a plus)
- Your main drive: ensuring customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
